Vseeboxunlimited.com offers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee* on all products. Once we receive the item in its original, unopened condition, we will process a full refund of the purchase price.

1-Year Warranty

All Vseebox products purchased from our site are covered by a 1-Year Warranty. If you encounter issues with your streaming media player, please contact us at vseebox.unlimited@gmail.com. Our technical support team will diagnose the issue remotely, and if necessary, you may send the unit to us. Upon receipt, we will:

  • Repair and return your original unit.
  • Exchange the unit for a replacement.
  • Rebuild the unit (at our discretion).

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover water damage or physical damage.

Post-Warranty Repairs

If your warranty period has expired, you can still send your device to us for repairs at an additional cost. Once repaired, you can resume using the device without disruption.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email vseebox.unlimited@gmail.com or call (415) 370-4093 to initiate your return.
  2. Prepare the Product: Ensure the Vseebox is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Retain the receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Submit a Request: Email us a photo of the defect or issue along with your return/exchange request.
  4. Return Authorization: If eligible, we will provide a return form to include in your package. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs within 30 days.
  5. Processing: Upon receipt, return processing takes 3–5 business days. You will receive an email update detailing the return status. Refunds are issued the same day the product is reviewed for completeness.

Additional Return Policies

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including international orders. Items must be sent to our U.S. warehouse.
  • Physical Damage: Returns will not be accepted for products with physical damage. Items received in poor condition (e.g., dirty or contaminated) may be returned to the sender for proper cleaning.
  • Application Issues: Returns are not accepted for application incompatibility unless a compatibility issue was falsely advertised or confirmed by us. For questions about compatibility, contact vseebox.unlimited@gmail.com before purchase.
  • Product Research: Returns due to a lack of research on the buyer’s part are not accepted. Units run the Android operating system and are designed for use with Android TV applications. They do not provide content beyond the apps you install. For clarification, email vseebox.unlimited@gmail.com before purchasing.
  • Refund Issuance: Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned product and will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Third-Party Vendors: Products purchased from third-party vendors cannot be returned to Vseeboxunlimited.com. Refunds and returns must be handled directly with the vendor. Any products sent to us that were purchased elsewhere will not be processed. Customers may have the item shipped back at their expense. Items abandoned for more than 7 days after unpaid return shipping will not be returned.
