While most packages are delivered on time, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or natural disasters may cause delays. Delivery timelines are not guaranteed, as final delivery is managed by the shipping carrier.

Delivery Claims

If your package is not delivered or if tracking information indicates it has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us within 10 days to initiate a claim. We will assist in the claims process with the shipping carrier. Note that resolution times may vary by carrier and can take up to 30 days.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for packages reported as delivered by the carrier. Refunds or credits will not be issued for such cases.

We ensure that your orders will not incur additional charges. If you are required to pay customs clearance fees, please proceed with payment to avoid delivery delays. Submit proof of payment to us, and we will reimburse the amount.

Changes or Cancellations

Once an order is submitted, processing begins immediately, limiting the possibility of changes or cancellations. If your order was placed within the last 24 hours, please contact us promptly, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
